Dr Anand Gupta, MD-Aravali Group of Hospitals and Lifestyle Management (LSM) expert was the main speaker at a session on Lifestyle Management that was held for the members of Sanjivani Senior Citizen Society at MDS School, Hiran Magri on 16th October 2022. In an interactive session with the members Dr Gupta shared his life examples and gave the august audience formula of 7-7 for diet, 20-20 for exercise, KFP-BFP for stress reduction.
