On the occasion of World Heart Day on 29th September 2020, a special webinar was organised by Aravali Hopsital, Udaipur for the patients who had availed of Aravali's special health check up plans during the last few months. During the Webinar which was hosted by Dr Anand Gupta, MD-Aravali Group of Hospitals and President-Aravali Foundation, Udaipur, more than 70 participants along with their family members got to know about simple ways and means to keep the heart healthy. Dr Gupta said that one has to take care of the heart under normal circumstances but during the Covid-19 pandemic, more emphasis has to be there best practices for heart care.
