A Life Style Management talk show was held at the auditorium of Miraj Industries in Nathdwara, Rajsamand district, for the top and middle level management of the organisation. The talk was given by Life Style Management expert Dr Anand Gupta, MD-Aravali Hospital, Udaipur. During the talk show, Dr Anand Gupta gave simple mantras to the august audience about how to lead a healthy life without making much changes in one's lifestyle.
