A stress management session was held for the members of Maharana Pratap Senior Citizens Forum, Udaipur at the auditorium of Vigyan Bhawan, Ashok Nagar, Udaipur on 13th November 2019. Lifestyle Management (LSM) expert Dr Anand Gupta, MD-Aravali Group of Hospitals, Udaipur and President-Aravali Foundation interacted with the vibrant and very interactive audience during the session. More than 300 senior citizens participated in the event and got to know simple hacks on how to lessen stress in one's life.
