The formula of 7-7 dietary intake and 20-20 exercise regime were the main takeaways for the staff of GST office, Udaipur in a session on stress management held on 10th January 2020. The session was taken by Life Style Management (LSM) expert, Dr Anand Gupta, MD-Aravali Group of Hospitals and President-Aravali Foundation, Udaipur. In the session that was held at the auditorium of the GST office in Udaipur, besides Dr Gupta's talk, a medical camp was also held in which more than 178 employees of GST availed of free blood, BMI and BP investigations.
