A stress management session was held at the campus of Aravali Institute of Technical Studies, Umrda, Udaipur on 4th November 2019 for the teachers and staff of the institute. Life Style Management expert, Dr Anand Gupta, MD-Aravali Hospital and President-Aravali Foundation, Udaipur was the main speaker during the event. During the very interactive session, Dr Gupta gave tips to the august audience of how to manage stress and also how to lead a stress free life by inculcating certain best practices in one's day routine.
