A stress management session under the LSM programme was organised at the head office of the Government of India undertaking Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd on 26.03.18. The session was taken by Dr Anand Gupta, MD-Aravali Hospital who enlightened the officials of the government behemoth about how to de-stress by incorporating some simple changes in one's lifestyle. The session was thoroughly interactive and the management of BSNL expressed their gratitude to Aravali Hospital and Dr Anand Gupta for conducting such a session.
