A session on lifestyle management was held at Anushka Academy on 1st August 2018 in which LSM expert Dr Anand Gupta of Aravali Hospital was the main speaker. Dr Gupta told the students of the academy that it was imperative in today's time to lead a good lifestyle since even youngsters are now a days being treated for serious lifestyle related ailments, which was unheard of previously. Bad lifestyle in essence is the genesis of many diseases that can otherwise be prevented by leading lifestyle that is disciplined, Dr Gupta said. Mr Rajeev Surana, Director-Anushka Academy gave the vote of thanks for the event.
