He said this during a session on lifestyle management for the management and staff of Ananta Resorts, Kodiyat Road, Udaipur held on 3rd June 2020. The mask will now be a part and parcel of lifestyle as India entered Unlock 1 phase in its fight against the Covid-19 coronavirus. Plenty of intake of fluids, Vitamin C, nutritious fruits and vegetables and adequate simple exercises will strengthen the immunity which will go a long way in bolstering up defense against the rampaging virus, Dr Anand Gupta said during his session.
