A School Mental Health Awareness Programme was held for the students, teachers, staff and management of over 50 schools of Udaipur on 10th March 2022 at Hotel Wonder Cliff, Paras Chouraha, Udaipur. The show as hosted by eminent child psychologist and Mental Health expert Dr Ravi Kumar Sharma. Dr Sharma who is an ex-NIMHANS, Bangalore called for all present not to ignore subtle signs a child might give that his mental health is being adversely affected and called for better understanding of the child psyche by the school authorities especially post COVID. Dr Anand Gupta, MD-Aravali Group of Hospitals and President-Aravali Foundation thanked Dr RK Sharma for enlightening the august audience about mental health and the schools for participating in such large numbers.
