Eminent Life Style Management (LSM) expert, Dr Anand Gupta, MD-Aravali Group of Hospitals and President-Aravali Foundation, Udaipur was the speaker in an online session on Lifestyle Management that was held under the aegis of Aravali Foundation and IFB Web studios on 27th November 2020. In the session titled The IFB Show hosted by Mr Karan Garg, CEO, IFW TCPL, Dr Anand Gupta gave his formula for leading a stress free life and shared his experiences on various facets of diet, exercise and time management. He also answered the queries of the audience who were spread around from all over the world during the course of the session.
