A meeting on Covid-19 vaccine, preparedness and planning for the same was held at the meeting hall of Aravali Hospital, Ambamata, Udaipur on 19th December 2020. The meeting was addressed by Dr Ashok Aditya (RCHO) and Dr Akshay Vyas, representing the World Health Organisation (WHO). During the meeting representatives of all hospitals and medical centres of Udaipur were present and deliberations took place on the impending delivery and then the actual implementation of the vaccination drive that would be commenced on a large scale in the very near future. Dr Anand Gupta, MD-Aravali Group of Hospitals and Secretary-Indian Medical Association (Udaipur Chapter) graced the occasion in his twin role as the host as well as the representative of IMA.
