A meditation programme was held at the seminar hall of Aravali Hospital on 7th April 2018 for the students of AIPS on World Health Day. The main theme and purpose of the event was to teach the students ways to de-stress especially during the examination period through meditation. Experts in Oriental meditation imparted the training to the students during the course of the meditation programme.
