Aravali Foundation and Rotary Club-Meera co-hosted a Life Style Management session for the members of Rotary Club-Meera (Udaipur) on 3rd July 2019 for the members of the club at the auditorium of Aravali Hospital, Udaipur. Life Style Management (LSM) expert Dr Anand Gupta, President-Aravali Foundation and MD-Aravali Group of Hospitals, delivered the lecture in which he gave the formula of 20-20 to the ladies present. He said that 20 minutes of everyday walking going out and 20 minutes of walking coming back home, would ensure that the ladies would lead a healthy life.
