A Lifestyle Management (LSM) session was held on 6th March 2023 for the members of Rotary Club-Yuva at the lounge of Aravali Hospital, Ambamata Scheme, Udaipur. The session was addressed by eminent Life Style Management expert Dr Anand Gupta, the Managing Director of Aravali Group of Hospitals, Udaipur. During the course of his interaction with the young members of the club, Dr Gupta gave tips about maintaining Work-Life Balance, the absence of which is the greatest contributor in the increase of stress and depression related cases, world wide.
