A Lifestyle Management (LSM) session was held at Aravali Hospital, Ambamata, Udaipur on 9th July 2022 for the members of Inner Wheel Club and Biz Connect which was addressed by LSM expert, Dr Anand Gupta, MD-Aravali Group of Hospitals and President-Aravali Foundation. The programme was held under the aegis of Aravali Foundation and saw the enthusiastic participation of the members, who got practical tips from Dr Anand Gupta about ways of leading a better lifestyle.
