Wolkem India, a part of the PI Industries conglomerate was the host for a Lifestyle Management session that was held for the staff of the company on 3rd August 2018. LSM expert, Dr Anand Gupta of Aravali Hospital who took the session told the audience the need for doing simple things for themselves like trying to give themselves quality 'Me' time, in which people try to do things they like, maybe follow their hobbies or spend time with family & friends. Dr Gupta gave examples from his own life and shared experiences during the session.
