A Lifestyle Management (LSM) Session was held at the Zonal Railway Training Institution, Sukhadia Circle, Udaipur on 1st February 2024 which was addressed by eminent Lifestyle Management expert Dr Anand Gupta. More than 1000 participants attended the session and were enthralled by the tips given by Dr Gupta to simplify the style of living. A small tweak in Lifestyle gives a huge dividend in helping living life in style was the primary take away of the session. Ms Maitri Charan, Principal of the institute thanked Dr Anand Gupta for his session.
