A Life Style Management session was held at the office of Max Life Insurance, Udaipur on 16th March 2018. March is usually a month in which the employees of insurance companies have to undergo a lot of pressure as it is the financial year ending and this pressure has a very adverse effect on the health of the employees. Life Style Management expert, Dr Anand Gupta was the speaker during the session and by sharing his real life experiences with the audience he emphasised the need for giving quality ME time to every individual to tackle the menace of high pressure at work.
