A Lifestyle Management session was held for the executives of Bank of Baroda, one of the bigger nationalized banks of India at their regional office on 24th May 2018. Life Style Management expert, Dr Anand Gupta of Aravali Hospital was the main speaker during the event that was held under the aegis of "Kshetriya Samiti Baithak" for Udaipur region of Bank of Baroda. During his interaction with the executives of the bank, Dr Gupta stressed the need for de-stressing in one's daily life so as to live a life that is enjoyable and stress free.
