A Life Style Management (LSM) session was held for the employees of Ananta Resort, Udaipur on 4th March 2020 at the picturesque resort on Kodiyat Road, Udaipur. In the session, eminent LSM expert, Dr Anand Gupta, MD-Aravali Group of Hospitals and President-Aravali Foundation, Udaipur addressed the staff and employees of the resort. During his session, Dr Gupta emphasized the need of physical as well as mental well-being by balancing one's work-life schedule. He also gave tips to the participants on diet management and stress management.
