The Aravali Group organised a Life Style Management programme at the Udaipur Head Office of telecom major Reliance JIO on 4th September 2017. Dr Varun Sharma and Dr Swati Tripathi from Aravali Hospital were the key speakers for the event. The duo enlightened the gathering about how to live a relatively stress free life in today's chaotic materialistic fast paced day to day life by inducing certain good practices in one's life style.
