A Lifestyle Management (LSM) Lecture was held for the personnel of Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) stationed at the Maharana Pratap International Airport, Dabok, Udaipur on 24th December 2018 by Aravali Group of Hospitals. During the session, Dr Anand Gupta, LSM expert and Managing Director of the Group enriched the august audience with snippets from daily life and elaborated upon some simple techniques that will lead to a better and healthy life style. The LSM lecture was followed by a consultation session for the family members of the CISF personnel that was given by Dr Sangeeta Gupta of Aravali Hospital.
