Life Style Management expert, Dr Anand Gupta (MD-Aravali Group of Hospitals and President Aravali Foundation) gave tips on how to lead a better lifestyle to the people of the Dungarpur, a city in South Rajasthan, on 20th August 2019. The session held at the auditorium of Gurukul PG College, Dungarpur, was a part of the Knowledge Series that commenced on 13th August 2019 from Udaipur to create awareness among people about stress and ways to counter it. This initiative in association with Dainik Bhaskar, one of the largest selling Hindi daily newspapers in India aims to educate people about leading a better lifestyle in 7 different cities of Rajasthan over a span of 2 weeks.
