In continuation of the sequence of Life Style Management (LSM) lectures being delivered across cities of Rajasthan under the Dainik Bhaskar Knowledge Series, LSM expert Dr Anand Gupta, (MD-Aravali Group of Hospitals and President-Aravali Foundation) addressed the people of Chittorgarh on 22nd August 2019. In the series that is being held in cooperation with Dainik Bhaskar, one of the largest selling daily Hindi newspapers in India, Dr Anand Gupta enlightened the gathering about ways and means to lead a better lifestyle by incorporating some very simple habits in one's daily life.
