Surya Mahal, Bhilwara was the venue for a session of Life Style Management (LSM) taken by LSM expert Dr Anand Gupta (MD-Aravali Group of Hospitals and President Aravali Foundation) on 18th August 2019. The session was in continuation of the Dainik Bhaskar Knowledge Series that Aravali Hospital in association with Dainik Bhaskar, one of the largest selling Hindi daily newspapers in India has been conducting. Under the Knowledge Series, LSM sessions are being held in 7 different cities of South Rajasthan over a period of ten days. Dr Anand Gupta while declaring a proverbial war on 'stress' advocated a series of simple habits, which if one inculcates in one's daily life, helps eradicate stress to a great extent.
