The South Rajasthan city of Banswara was the next halt on 24th August 2019, for the Life Style Management (LSM) lecture of LSM expert, Dr Anand Gupta (MD-Aravali Group of Hospitals and President Aravali Foundation, Udaipur) under the aegis of Dainik Bhaskar Knowledge Series. This series being held in 7 different cities of Rajasthan aims to create an awareness about the adverse effects of indulging in bad lifestyle and Dr Gupta through his lectures counters the ill effects by giving simple tips that create a better life style for the masses.
