By controlling one's diet and tension one can lead a better life. These were the words of Dr Anand Gupta, MD-Aravali Group of Hospitals and Lifestyle Management Expert, which he said during the course of his Life Style Management (LSM) talk show held for the members of the Pujya Jacobabad Sindhi Panchayat on 10th July 2022. Dr Gupta gave the august audience the mantra of 20-20 for exercise, 7-7 for diet and KFP and BFP for stress management. The audience in turn asked Dr Gupta various questions pertaining to problems faced by them in their daily life which he duly answered quoting various instances from real life that he has faced over the years.
