A Lifestyle Management Session was held at the head office of the public sector oil behemoth, Indian Oil Corporation on 21st June 2018 on the occasion of World Yoga Day that is celebrated internationally on this day. Life Style Management expert, Dr Anand Gupta addressed the top officials of the government undertaking during the session in which he stressed the need for a stress free life style that goes a long way in holistically enriching one's life.
