A lifestyle talk show was held at the office of Rajasthan Patrika, one of the largest circulating Hindi newspapers in Western India. Dr Anand Gupta, MD- Aravali Group was the speaker on this occasion. In the session that was held specifically for the benefit of the managerial cadre of the newspaper, Dr Gupta spelt out simple ways to enrich one's life by following easy methods tweaking in one's lifestyle.
