A Life Style Management (LSM) talk show was held at one of India's largest public sector banks, the Punjab National Bank (PNB) at its Circle Office in Udaipur Division on 19th January 2018. Lifestyle Management Guru, Dr Anand Gupta, Managing Director, Aravali Group was the main speaker during the show. He emphasised the need for people to live their lives as stress free as possible. He gave the philosophy of 20-20 to the audience, so that they can lead a healthy life despite a hectic lifestyle. Senior officials of the bank participated in the talk show enthusiastically and got their queries solved by Dr Gupta.
