29th September is celebrated as World Heart Day and to commemorate this day a Lifestyle Management Session was held at Aravali Hospital seminar room for the members of Lions Club - Aravali. The session was hosted by Lifestyle Management (LSM) expert Dr Anand Gupta, MD-Aravali Group of Hospitals. During the session, the participants were exposed to the mantras of 20-20 for exercise, 7-7 for diet and tips given to reduce stress in life so as to lead a better life with a healthy heart.
