A Lifestyle Management session (LSM) was held for the members of Lions Club, Hiran Magri, Udaipur at the lounge of Aravali Hospital, Ambamata, Udaipur on 23rd July 2023. The session was addressed by eminent LSM expert and MD-Aravali Group of Hospitals, Dr Anand Gupta. Dr Gupta during the LSM session deliberated on ways and means to live a health lifestyle. He gave various formula for leading a healthy life. He stressed on the formulae of 20:20 for exercise management, the formulae of 7:7 for diet management and KFP and BFP for stress management.
