Lifestyle Management expert and MD of Aravali Group of Hospitals, Dr Anand Gupta took a session on Life Style Management (LSM) for ladies on 6th March 2019, at an event organised by the ladies of the Jain community under the banner of Aradhana Mahila Manch. During the session, which was held at the hall of the Jain temple situated at Mewar Motor Link Road, Surajpole, Udaipur, Dr Anand Gupta gave inputs to the ladies on better lifestyle management on a daily basis by incorporating good practices in one's day to day life.
