Eminent Lifestyle Management (LSM) Expert, Dr Anand Gupta held a session for the members of Jain Social Group, Lakecity on 26th December 2022. The session saw the enthusiastic participation of members of JSG Lakecity and their family members. During the session, Dr Gupta gave the participants the formula for Diet control through the concept of 7:7, Exercise management through the concept of 20:20 and stress management through the concept of KFP and BFP.
