On the occasion of the 80th birthday of its founder Shri ML Lunawat, a lifestyle management session was organised by the management of Rose Marble at their office premise in Sukher, Udaipur on 31st January 2023. Eminent Life Style Management (LSM) expert and President-Aravali Foundation, Udaipur, Dr Anand Gupta took the session and in his indomitable way shared incidents from his own life while stressing upon the need to lead a better lifestyle. Dr Gupta shared his formula of 20:20 for exercise management, 7:7 for diet management and KFP and BFP for stress management during the session.
