On occasion of World Yoga Day on 21st June 2018, JK Physiotherapy and Fitness Centre, a leading fitness service provider of Udaipur organised a session on better lifestyle management for its esteemed members. The session was addressed by LSM expert, Dr Anand Gupta, MD-Aravali Group. During the interactive and robust session, the members of the centre of all age groups, were privy to the simple techniques that Dr Gupta has devised that leads to a better lifestyle which in turn leads to a better living.
