Lifestyle Management (LSM) expert and MD-Aravali Group of Hospitals, Udaipur, Dr Anand Gupta was the key note speaker at an educational interactive session that was held at the Indian Institute of Management-Udaipur that was held on 16th May 2023 at the campus of IIM-Udaipur in Seth Ji ki Kundal, Balicha, Udaipur. During the course of the session Dr Gupta interacted with Principals of CBSE Schools from all over India. He gave them the formula of 7-7 for diet, 20-20 for exercise and KFP and BFP for stress management. He also shared anecdotes from his own life that was much appreciated by the august gathering. During the programme, Ms Shanu Lodha, Head-CSR of IIM-U was also present.
