"For physical and mental well being life style management and management of day to day activities are of great importance", this was stated by eminent life style management expert, D Anand Gupta, MD- Aravali Group of Hospitals and President-Aravali Foundation, Udaipur at a session for the judiciary that was held at the sessions court, Udaipur on 10th February 2020. During his presentation, Dr Gupta touched a wide range of topics from stress management to diet management and gave the august gathering his concept of 20-20 for exercise management, the concept of 7-7 for diet management and the concept of KFP-BFP for stress management. A medical check up camp was also held on the occasion for the judges of the court.
