A lecture on effective Life Style Management was given by LSM expert, Dr Anand Gupta, MD-Aravali Group of Hospitals on 13th June 2019 at Mahesh Sewa Sadan in Udaipur. The programme which was held exclusively for the members of the influential Maheswari community of Udaipur saw their enthusiastic participation. Dr Anand Gupta while delivering the lecture also quelled the numerous questions that the members had and also dispelled myths and encouraged them to live a healthy lifestyle.
