On the occasion of World Yoga Day, a talk show on Menstrual Disorders and a Lifestyle Management lecture was hosted by Aravali Hospital for the members of Mahila Samriddhi Bank, Udaipur and Lions Club of Udaipur on 21st June 2019. The key note speaker during the talk show was Dr Sangeeta Gupta, Director-Operations, Aravali Hospital, Udaipur and the LSM lecture was given by Lifestyle Management expert, Dr Anand Gupta, MD-Aravali Group of Hospitals. While giving her lecture to the women present in the auditorium of Aravali Hosptal, Dr Sangeeta Gupta dispelled some myths and put forth some best practices for the well being of the females during menstruation. While Dr Anand Gupta during his LSM lecture, gave tips for a better lifestyle to the members of Lions Club.
