The Medical Director of Aravali Hospital, Udaipur, Dr Sangeeta Gupta was the guest speaker at an educational talk show that was held by Sunbeam School for its girl students at the school premise in Ayad, Udaipur on 12th February 2020. Dr Gupta told the students that due to today's fast changing lifestyle the girls are encountering physical developments at an earlier stage than previous and because of that many of the adolescent girls are enveloped by fear and uncertainties about their own selves. To counter this, Dr Sangeeta Gupta asked the students to shed their inhibitions and have a healthy communication with their families especially mothers and elder sisters. This would go a long way in their mental well-being, Dr Gupta suggested. Mrs Purnima Ganguly, Principal of Sunbeam School thanked Dr Sangeeta Gupta for taking time out from her schedule and enlightening the students of her school on issues of adolescent well being.
