A health seminar was conducted for the members of Udaipur Electrical Association and their families on the occasion of Makar Sankanti, an ancient Hindu festival that celebrates the solar cycle marking the end of the winters and starting of warmer and longer days. At the event held at the Orbit Resorts, Udaipur on 12th January 2020, in which more than 200 members of the association and their families attended, Dr Anand Gupta, MD- Aravali Group of Hospitals and President- Aravali Foundation, Udaipur divulged the secrets of a healthy life through his 'mantras' of 7-7 for diet, 20-20 for exercise and "Me Time' for stress free life.
