A drive was organized against the use of single use plastic at the Bambaiya Bazaar, Fatehsagar under the aegis of Nagar Nigam, Udaipur in association with Indian Medical Association-Udaipur (IMA) and United Private Clinics and Hospitals Association of Rajasthan (UPCHAR) on the occasion of World Health Day on 7th April 2022. The Brand Ambassador of Mission Clean India, Nagar Nigam Udaipur, Dr Anand Gupta in his capacity of President-IMA (Udaipur)was the main initiator of the event. Shri Himmat Singh Barhat, Commissioner-Nagar Nigam-Udaipur was the guest of honor during the event. Bio degradable paper bags and cups were distributed to the vendors of the bazaar and placard holding students of various nursing colleges gave the message of NO to SINGLE USE PLASTIC in the course of the event.
