July 1st every year is celebrated all across India as Doctors’ Day. This is the day on which Dr Bidhan Chandra Roy, a doyen physician of India was born and is celebrated to commemorate his contributions in the field of medicine in India. This day over the years has become significant as the day on which the society at large showers gratitude towards the Doctors’ fraternity. Dr Anand Gupta, MD-Aravali Group of Hospitals and President-IMA Udaipur and Dr Sangeeta Gupta, Medical Director-Aravali Hospital on 1st July 2023 were the chief guests at a ceremony that was held at the premises of Aravali Hospital, Ambamata, Udaipur to show gratitude to all the practicing doctors of the hospital.
