Mother's Day was celebrated with much fanfare on 8th May 2019 all over the world. On this occasion, a session on how to better one's life through lifestyle management was held by Udaipur Ladies Club (ULLC)-125 for its members along with their mothers and mothers-in-law. The venue was the conference hall of Aravali Hospital. Life style management expert, Dr Anand Gupta (MD-Aravali Group of Hospitals) was the speaker during the session. He highlighted the drawbacks of Keto diet plans that have become a fad in today's world and irregular gym sessions. He stressed the need to fall back on the good old philosophies followed by our elders which is eating right at the right time and going out for walks for a better and healthy life. Ms Shabnam, Chairperson of ULLC-125 gave the vote of thanks and expressed her gratitude to Dr Anand Gupta and the Aravali Hospital family for holding the session.
