Aravali Foundation in association with Sewa Mandir, a premier NGO of South Rajasthan organised a Life Style Management Session for the employees of Sewa Mandir at the NGOs sprawling office in Fatehpura, Udaipur on 9th August 2019. Life Style Management expert, Dr Anand Gupta, MD-Aravali Group of Hospitals, during his session gave the audience the formula of 20-20 in which one needs to incorporate 20 minutes of walking going out and 20 minutes of walking coming back home. This simple formula goes a long way in keeping a person fit, Dr Gupta emphasized. Dr Sangeeta Bhatnagar of Sewa Mandir expressed her gratitude to Dr Anand Gupta for addressing the Sewa Mandir family.
